Founded in 1979, Prosperity Now (formerly CFED) is a national nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that helps expand economic security and opportunity for low-income people and communities. They conduct research and community projects to develop asset building strategies and policy solutions, and they engage in advocacy at the local, state, and national levels.

2014 Practitioner Survey & Focus Group Findings
Nearly 300 asset building practitioners from 89 organizations across the state participated in an online survey in the summer of 2014; the document below also includes notes from 7 practitioner focus groups conducted in 2013 and 2014.
