The Minnesota Asset Building Coalition (MABC) was formed in 2014 to advocate for policies that provide the opportunity for financially fragile Minnesotans to build wealth and climb the economic ladder.  Smart asset building policies lead to more financially healthy households, increased economic activity in local communities, and a stronger and more robust state economy.    Comprised of 131 member organizations from rural, suburban, and urban communities across Minnesota, MABC operates under the shared principle of embedding racial, ethnic, and geographical equity and inclusion into organizational development, issue development and policy advocacy.
